Overview
We do not offer returns on printed item (T-shirts, posters).
Exchanges
We will consider an exchange, if you can show, within 30-days of purchase, that the product was receieved as somehow damaged or deficient. Send an email to: hello@harmonicsofnature.com.
To consider your return, we need the reference number of your purchase. And we retain the decision whether or not your situation warrants an Exchange.
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchange.
If you are approved, then your Exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, enabling you to re-order the product. Or we will re-order it for you within 5 business days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your Exchange and a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the Exchange to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
